I graduated from Drew University with a BA in Sociology, minoring in Creative Fiction Writing, and hold an MS in Human Resources Management from Thomas Edison State College. My HR experience includes payroll and benefits administration; employee experience management and policy development; full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding; and HRIS & LMS administration. With over fifteen years of customer service experience spanning, retail, call center, and non-profit environments, I specialize in training, coaching, consulting, and client relationship management.
It’s difficult, if not impossible, for internal customers (employees) to provide better service than they themselves have received. Through cross-functional collaboration, I’m able to define best practices and execute client-centric strategies, with a focus on employee engagement and professional development.
