We are a respected customer engagement company supporting well-known consumer products clients across North America.  We are seeking an experienced marketing and event management professional to help drive the growth of our company through strategic development and execution of on-going marketing campaigns. In addition, you will have responsibility for providing marketing support to select clients as well as management of client tradeshows & event planning.

This is an important and ambitious role which requires a creative marketing professional with the ability to lead marketing and event management initiatives.  You should have a demonstrated record of building B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that includes a strong emphasis on digital marketing.  Ability to interact strategically with our leadership team and key client contacts is essential. The ideal candidate is a high performer who possesses strong multi-tasking skills.   • Manage all marketing for the company.
  • Develop marketing strategy for company in line with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Oversee the company’s marketing budget.
  • Creation and publication of all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
  • Plan and implementing promotional campaigns.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and lead sources.
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
  • Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
  • Creation of marketing materials.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.


Tradeshow/Corporate Events Management

  • Plan and coordinate all internal and external meetings and events
  • Oversee all event needs and activities: logistics, venue, booth/space needs and design, A/V, signage, staff, collateral, vendors, shipments, invoices, schedules and timelines, etc.
  • Own additional aspects of events including: booth assets and giveaway inventory
  • Manage event calendar to ensure appropriate resource allocation, facility scheduling, etc.
  • Establish and manage individual event budgets
  • Negotiate and manage additional labor for events


  • An outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • An aptitude for sales/marketing business applications, particularly Salesforce
  • Considerable marketing and sales support experience
  • Willingness for occasional travel (4-6 times per year)



  • College degree and minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Strong software and database experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
